Villa Aya is a unique villa property located in Seminyak, Kuta, Bali, 25 minutes from the international Airport Ngurah of Denpasar Bali and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

2 Villa
This luxury villa consists of two (2) villa bedrooms on the opposite of each other (2 units) surrounded by the charm of an exotic tropical garden. Each villa has an unique outdoor kitchen completed with cooking facilities (dishes, toaster, blender, stove oven) refrigerator. For the convenience of the guest each villa has its own parking places.
The elegance of the atmosphere of Villa Aya comes from the combination of antique furniture and modern amenities in each room. Villas are equipped with audio set, colour TV with international, individual controlled air-conditioned, IDD phone, mini bar, semi open bathroom with separate shower and toilet, hair dryer.

Room Rates :
Room rates are quoted in USD per room/night and valid until 31 March 2009
