TERM AND CONDITIONS

A. OUR RATES :

Our internet rates are valid for booking made through our website not direct to hotel or through other website.
Our internet rates are including 21% of government tax, service charge and breakfast.
Room rates are quoted per room per night except packages rates.
Sightseeing tours rates are per car per day.
Watersport, spa and adventure rates are quoted per person
Self drive car rates are per day ( 24 hours) and unlimited mileage.
Car charter with driver rates are applicable for maximum 10 hours a day.

B. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES:

All bookings should be sent through our online reservation or inquiry form
We will follow your inquiry as soon as possible or we will let you know if we need more time
All bookings including room availability and room rates are referred to our written confirmation.
To secure the booking, we will need a deposit or full payment by online with Visa or Master card.
Cancellation fees will be applied as per hotel's cancellation policy.
The final confirmation, we will issue a confirmation voucher to show upon arrival to the hotel.
Otherwise,our final confirmation emaill can be treated as a booking confirmation.

C. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES :

Regular (Low) Season :

One night room charge for any cancellation within 2 days prior to the arrival date.
Early check out will be charged one night room value.

High Season (July & August) :

One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Early check out will be charged two nights room value.

Peak Season (20 December - 05 January) :

One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Full nights room reserved will be charged for any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date.
No refund for early check out.

Other conditions will be reffered to each hotel's cancellation policies and procedures.

D. PAYMENT METHOD :

For your convenience, we will not request any credit card number to secure the booking.

A deposit or full prepayment to secure the confirmed bookings can be done by :
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to our Bank account ( in USD or Rupiah)

2. Online payment with Visa or Master Card through link : https://www.balipayment.com/?h=Balitrips.net

The balance of payment (if any) will be collected upon arrival, by :
- Cash (Euro, USD, Aust Dollar, Sin Dollar, Yen ) or Traveller Cheque

- Credit card ( Visa or Master card) with additional 3% for bank charge

- Upon our confirmation, payment can be also directly to the hotel at our confirmed rates..
